DMCA Policy for Lemon Butter Chicken Tenders

Lemon Butter Chicken Tenders respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, which was removed or to which access was disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Please provide the URL(s) or other identifying information of the material before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material in question.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Lemon Butter Chicken Tenders may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
